Me

Me. ME. me

The Black Rose

The child in me is seen…
When I’m craving for an icecream
When I’m sleepy
When I’m with my brothers
When I’m into some mischief

The youngster in me is seen…
When I’m confused about my career
When I’m arguing with my mum
When I’m driving rash
When I’m partying hard

The real ME is seen…
When I’m dancing gaily
When I’m writing down my thoughts
When I’m crying with my pillow
When I’m silently watching the stars

The Choice

The Choice, Your Choice

People, Things, and Life

How do you know what to do?
The choices you make define you.
You could choose one or the other,
but what if you should have chose another?

If I choose a choice
to speak my voice
will my words remain unheard?

But if I choose the choice
to muffle my voice
will my words become too blurred?

But is the choice to choose
the one I feel
is the one I cannot refuse?

Or is the choice to choose
the one I know
is the one that will ignite my fuse?

A life,
no matter what choices you choose,
is only worth living,
if your choices were made for you.

#35 Poem – Man Needs Patience, Fast!

Man Needs Patience!!!

Ezekiel's Apprentice

Fast world, fast growth
Fast rise, fast fall!

All around, all in haste
All is good they say
If all is fast?

Atrocious liar, man
Live fast do you say?
Die fast do you say?
If not that then
Why fast do you say?

What is right is that
Slow is thrown aback,
What is wrong is that
Slow does not anymore win.

Why not “Finish all the air fast” do you say?
Why not “Consume all water fast” do you say?
Why not “Kill all that lives fast” do you say?
Why not “Destroy the world fast” do you say?
Did you do it fast and not read
“Why not” in every question
Because it is all the same?
“Why not do that and save time” you do say!
Save time?
And you die?
Save yourself, man!

I’ll tell something more about
This selfish thing you call time
Time…

DRINK TEA EVERYDAY IN YOUR LIFE!!

A man who dares to waste one hour of life has not discovered the value of life.”

Tea is not just healthy. It’ll help you heal cuts, remove odors (even body odors for that matter), can be a great fertiliser, your floor cleaner and perfect for meat marinade.

The British drink about 165 millions cups of tea a day. That amounts to a staggering 62 billion cups annually.

If you would ask me to give you one valuable tip for the rest of the year then it will be to DRINK TEA☕️ EVERYDAY. ☺️

Now I am not referring to ThisWay chocolate drink, Nestle Milo drink, Lipton Tea leave or any of the over 1600 kinds of Teas in the world , am talking about TEA! Yes TEA!😀

What is TEA!!

TEA is an acronym for Time Expenditure Audit.

YES, You need to drink a lot of this TEA if you are willing to See your resolutions being Manifested by end of December 2015.

Time Expenditure Audit is just the process of you taking stock of your choices within the day and finding out how much time was spent on each of them in the view to Maximise the limited time available to you for the next days task.

This exercise can be very simple if you commit yourself to it.

Just as you audit your finances same way you can audit your time.

Check the time wasters, the choices that didn’t add value to your day, the time stealers, the time suckers etc and make a commitment to manage them.

Your notepad/diary can be of immense help. Some apps are available to download to help you with this task.

Remember, write your activities and time spent on them down. So at the end of the day you can know which of them is not worth repeating again.

It takes Patience and Commitment to successfully drink TEA and enjoy it as well.

The Chinese say,  “A hasty person drinks tea with a fork” 😊

Drink Your TEA tomorrow!!

YE ARE THE ALTITUDE FOR MULTITUDES

1 Corinthian 9:22-23 “To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made ALL THINGS to ALL MEN, that I might BY ALL MEANS SAVE SOME. And this I do for the GOSPEL’S SAKE, that I might be PARTAKER thereof with you.”

WE ARE A CONSTITUTION WELL DRAFTED THAT FITS WITHIN EVERY ECONOMY..

THE KIND OF A PERSON WE ARE IS NOT THAT WHICH PERISHABLE AND CONTAMINABLE BY OUR ASSOCIATION AND ENGAGEMENT WITH THE MASSES BUT THAT WHICH GIVETH LIGHT AND SIGHT UNTO THEM..

WE ARE THOSE KIND OF BREED WHO SHUTTLE ON THE WISDOM THAT IS FAR INCOMPARABLE TO EVEN THE WISENHEIMERS CONTRACTED..

EVERY ENGAGEMENT WE FIND OURSELVES IN, NO MATTER THE LADDER, HAS THE TENDENCY TO LEAVE BEHIND THE VERY PERSON OF THE REVEALED CHRIST..

Beloved, WE HAVE NOT JUST BEEN CALLED TO EXCITE OURSELVES IN THE LIGHT OF OUR NEW BIRTH, BUT TO SHUTTLE ALL THAT GET INTO CONTACT WITH US IN BEHOLDING THE TALK OF THE DAY.

WE ARE THE SALT MAKING EVERY MEAL TASTY AND WELL EDIBLE..

WE FILL ALL THINGS WITH THE VERY SAVOR OF JESUS CHRIST, THUS WE ARE NOT RELUCTANT IN TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THAT WHICH WE HAVE RECEIVED SO THAT BY ALL MEANS, SOME MAY LIVE ETERNALLY TRANSFORMED..

WE LIVE A CONTAGIOUS LIFE BECAUSE OUR ALTITUDE EMBRACE THE MULTITUDES IN HONOUR OF THE SAVING GRACE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST..

WE ARE THOSE WHO MAKE MANY PARTAKERS OF THE DIVINE BANQUET WHERE LOVE REIGNS SUPREME..

Beloved, WE CARRY THIS UNCOMPROMISING AGENDA WHEREVER WE FIND OURSELVES, BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW RADIATING OUR CONTENT THUS PERMEATES..

4 Love Lessons

Not too long ago I shared with you some 9 lessons of Love, I have had the opportunity of gaining an extra 4.

These fantastic four lessons can be applied in any kind of relationship but most especially our love relationships, so let’s go through and be informed.

So here goes 4 lessons: -JB

1. The public expression of religiosity is not an indicator of private character; the fact that he or she posts Bible verses daily does not mean they have a better character.

Their public expression of faith is no guarantee of private presence of character. People may look well behaved in presence of others but in private you may not know who they are.

It’s easy to manifest the gifts of the spirit than to manifest the fruit thereof.

So take time to know people beyond their public image not necessarily to reject them but to avoid surprises.

2. If he/she loves me, he/she will become perfect for me. That’s an unrealistic expectation.
Whereas a person who loves you will make some efforts to please you, it doesn’t necessarily annihilate their weaknesses. Many have their weaknesses just as we do have ours.

If she was lying before she met you, loving you will not just make the lies go away.

If he was proud before he met you, it won’t just go away. Don’t take it personal. It’s not about you. It’s about them. Don’t use it so much against them you may also have your weakness.

3. If I love him, I can change him. Really? Forget it. No one change anybody.
Change is a door that can only be opened from the inside. So don’t go into a relationship with the agenda to change someone.

If you can’t accept them the way they are, walk away. If you walk into it, only hope for change. Don’t demand it.

If he/she is a relative then you can help him since you can throw a baby away with the bath water.

4. All men are the same/ all women are the same. We live in a culture that often tends to generalize and put into groups and give them one label.

If you make that mistake, it can hurt your relationship. The person you are with now is different from the last one.

So discover him. Discover her. People are unique. Stop using the same tape measure for everyone.

People say women love attention. Some women do. Some don’t. You have to find out which one you have and treat her accordingly. Don’t generalize!

VALUE BREEDS VIRTUE

And He did not do many works of power there, because of their unbelief (their lack of faith in the divine mission of Jesus). (‭Matt ‭13‬:‭58‬)

Many times God leads people who have a stronger gift, a larger capacity or broader exposure into our lives to enable us grow our own gift and climb the ladder of success.

Those people could be our Jesus who would have performed many miracles in our lives.

Those people could just spark a fire in us to make us shine as the lights that we are.

But we allow familiarity to deprive us of the benefits of such relationships.

Unbelief sets in when you become too familiar with the person that you take him/her for granted.

Many of those people grew with us, went to school with us, are in our workplaces or we are in same churches with them, some are even our relations or Beloveds.

Before they start exhibiting their God-given talents and abilities we knew them, some we thought them, some we may have lent a few cedis to before, some we have dine with them etc.

In short we have become so familiar with them We begin to take them for granted.

We don’t see sense and purpose in what they may tell us, we don’t see potential in what they advise us to do. We just don’t see the value in them.

We start talking to them without discretion. We take their time for granted, we abuse their privacy all in the name of familiarity.

We enter their space and treat it irreverently. We sometimes questions them, we even doubt if they are for real.

We do all these and we lose people who might have been our doors to greater opportunities.

People who could be the shoulders for us to see a bigger world. People who could connect us to places where we could also make it.

In our failure to recognise these people we have lost vital virtues that might flow from them to us.
We have missed the good things others are enjoying because they have belief in those people we are taking for granted.

Let’s recognise potentials among us and appreciate what they are and what God is using them to do before it becomes too late to notice we missed a greater opportunity.

Let not the FOLLY of FAMILIARITY  prevent your JESUS from working MIRACLES In your life!!!
